Who We Are

Mary Lou Schneider and Kimberly Schneider are a mother-daughter team with over 40 years combined experience supporting others through spiritual and personal transformation.

Mary Lou, Anam Cara, Soul Friend, has been mentoring women for over 25 years through individual sessions, classes, and retreats.  She is a graduate of the New Wine ministerial program and holds a degree in Education.  Her work draws on her own life experience and her studies in Celtic Spirituality, Reiki, Kundalini Energy, Intuition, Co-Dependency, Meditation and Contemplative Dance.  Mary Lou co-created the popular Tools for Transformation course for women and also appeared on a nationally-broadcast radio program focused on women’s spirituality.  Mary Lou enjoys teaching women to follow their dreams by deepening their connection to the Divine and trusting their own inner wisdom.

Kimberly is a Transformational Speaker and poet, a licensed professional counselor and a Life and Business Alchemist who empowers disenchanted dreamers to manifest magic and miracles.  She works with select individuals and groups in private, educational and corporate settings as a keynote speaker, facilitator and coach.
